Narrative: The above offender was arrested on March 15, 2023, in the 1100 block of S. Hamilton. He was identified as the offender who shot and killed a 25-year-old male on December 6, 2022, in the 1300 block of S. Homan (10th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
