Narrative: The above offender was arrested by the Chicago Police Department on March 17, 2023, at approximately 8:39 p.m., in the 7100 block of S. Lafayette Ave. He was identified as the offender who, minutes earlier, struck a Chicago Police officer with a vehicle in the 1100 block of S. Dusable Lakeshore Dr. (1st District). An officer discharged his weapon and no one was struck. The offender was subsequently placed into custody and charged accordingly.
