Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Vehicular Hijacking Task Force on March 17, 2023, at approximately 11:52 a.m., in the 1700 block of W. 68th St. He was identified as one of the offenders who, moments earlier, forcefully took a vehicle and property from a 63-year-old female victim in the 6800 block of S. Wabash Ave. (3rd District). The offender was in possession of a previously reported stolen vehicle. He was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
