About the Crime:

This alert gives notice to liquor businesses in the 016th & 025th District of recent burglaries in the overnight hours. The Offenders break the front glass windows of said businesses by means of a rock to gain entry. Once inside they steal money from cash register, the cash register itself, and merchandise.

•  3100 block of N Central Ave March 15, 2023 @ approximately 12:56AM
•  3500 block of N Austin Ave March 15, 2023 @ approximately 04:00AM
•  5600 block of W Irving Park Rd March 15, 2023 @ approximately 04:30PM
•  6000 block of W Diversey Ave March 15, 2023 @ approximately 11:20PM
•  6100 block of W Fullerton Ave March 15, 2023 @ approximately 11:25PM
•  6000 block of W Fullerton Ave March 15, 2023 @ approximately 11:30PM

•  Be aware of this crime and alert nearby businesses.
•  If possible, use ArmorPlast, an unbreakable shield that fits over existing glass
•  Ensure that existing surveillance cameras are functional and recording.
•  Call 911 immediately and provide a detailed description of the offender
