2. Motion to approve the establishment of a consent agenda consisting of Ordinances 2023-3-13 through and including 2023-3-13E listed below on the agenda as items 2A through 2E, inclu sive, under Finance.

A. Ordinance No. 2023-3-13, an Ordinance abating the 2022 tax levy for the $37,450,000. Taxable General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2010A of the Village of Rosemont.

B. Ordinance No. 2023-3-13A. an Ordinance abating part of the 2022 tax levy for the $30,525,000. Donald E. Stephens Convention Center General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Taxable Series 2010B of the Village of Rosemont.

C. Ordinance No. 2023-3-13B, an Ordinance abating part of the 2022 tax levy for the $30,635,000. General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds, Taxable Series 2010C of the Village of Rosemont.

D. Ordinance No. 2023-3-13C, an Ordinance abating the 2022 tax levy for the $24,795,000. General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds, Series 2011B of the Village of Rosemont.

E. Ordinance No. 2023-3-13D, an ordinance abating the 2022 tax levy for the $59,390,000. General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds, Taxable Series 2012A of the Village of Rosemont.

F. Ordinance No. 2023-3-13E, an Ordinance abating the 2022 tax levy for the $3,485,000. General Obligation Corporate Purpose Refunding Bonds, Tax-exempt Series 2013B of the Village of Rosemont.

3. Motion to approve Ordinances 2023-3-13 through and including 2023-3-13E on the consent agenda, which includes the 6 Ordinances listed above as items 2A through 2F, inclusive, under Finance.

4. Motion to approve a proposal from Omega III, LLC. for the demolition of 6147-6149 Gage Street and 6150 Willow Creek in the amount of $138,600.00.

5. Motion to approve a proposal from Currie Commercial Center (quote ID: rmcrew) for the purchase of a 2023 F-250 4X4 Crew Cab in the amount of $55,887.00.

6. Motion to approve and ratify the purchase of carpeting for the Donald E. Stephens Conven tion Center from Emerald Carpets, Inc. (quote #47994) in the amount of $449,488.93.

7. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2023-3-13F, an Ordinance authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus personal property. (2 flatbed trailers)

8. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2023-3-13G, an Ordinance amending the water rates con tained in Section 10-2-5 of the Village Code of the Village of Rosemont.

9. Motion to approve Resolution No. R2023-3-13, a Resolution authorizing submittal of a grant application for Cook County Invest in Cook Funds for the Devon Avenue Bike Path Project, Cook County, Illinois.

10. Motion to approve a proposal from Utility Dynamics for the installation of decorative roadway lighting on River Road (from Bryn Mawr south to Village limits) and Bryn Mawr (from I-294 to the Des Plaines River) as well as the installation of fiber optic conduit in the amount of $2,549,276.00.

11. Motion to approve a proposal from Delta Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. for the purchase and installation of 2 HVAC units and control upgrades for the Rosemont Health Club in the total amount of $59,980.00.

12. Motion to approve an agreement with DRN Rosemont LLC. in the amount of $1,500,000. for demolition work and the ordering of long lead time items for the renovation of the new Village Hall building.

PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE

1. Motion to approve Resolution No. R2023-3-13A, a Resolution authorizing a contract for EMS and related ambulance billing services with Metro Paramedic Services, Inc. for the period from April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024.

2. Motion to approve the purchase of mobile radios and related equipment and services from Motorola Solutions/Chicago Communications LLC. in the total amount of $107,465.63.
