Project Title: Rantoul Youth Center Facilities Renovation Project – Village of Rantoul, IL

Summary: The funding request of $540,000.00 would be used for making upgrades to the Rantoul Youth Center that include the kitchen prep and serving area, relocation of the freezers and refrigeration, finishes to the main dining room, and updating existing offices and the gymnasium.
Project Title: Boys & Girls Club of Livingston County Intergenerational Center in Fairbury, IL, (Livingston County)

Project Title: Village of Lansing Regional Emergency Operations Center (“EOC”) - Village of Lansing, IL
Summary: The Village of Lansing (“Village”) is requesting $868,639.00 to fulfill the Village's Emergency Operations Center’s (“EOC”) goal to deliver emergency dispatch services with professionalism, integrity and exceptional customer service to the Village's citizens and neighboring communities by the Village's first responders as immediately and efficiently as possible. The proposed new Public Works facility constructed on existing Village property located at the northeast corner of South Burnham Avenue and 170th Street and would house a new EOC and command room.

Summary: I am requesting $6,000,000.00 in funding for this project which would provide technical planning, design and construction assistance to non-federal interests who have environmental infrastructure needs in Cook County and Lake County, Illinois. The proposed project will replace water mains that are aged and deteriorated. In addition, it will improve storm and sanitary sewers in various areas in Cook County such as Villages of Flossmoor, Lansing, Steger and Calumet City.
