B. Resolution approving a settlement and release of all claims for Fire Department Workers Compensation claim number 220216W006 for an amount not to exceed $55,219.16. This matter was presented to the Government Oversight & Operations Committee on August 7, 2023.

C. Ordinance approving Zoning Calendar #2719, a Map Amendment (Rezone) for 2226 N. Northern Avenue from CR, Conservation/Recreation/Agriculture, to R1, Single-Family Residence. This matter was heard by the Community Development Committee on August 7, 2023.
