Convene into a closed meeting, pursuant to the following exceptions to the Illinois Open Meetings Act:

5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1), regarding “the appointment…of specific employees…or specific volunteers of the public body…” and 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(3), regarding “the selection of a person to fill a public office…including a vacancy in a public office, when the public body is given power to appoint under law or ordinance, or the discipline, performance or removal of the occupant of a public office, when the public body is given power to remove the occupant under law or ordinance.”

V. Return into the open meeting

VI. Motion and vote to recommend slate of nominees to President
