Description: The Van Ordens own the property at 1418 E. Olive Street which is part of Lot 15 in C. H. Taylor’s Second Arlington Heights Acres subdivision. According to Section 5-3-17 (E2) of the City of Prospect Heights Municipal Code, the owner is required to create a single lot of record for the property.
