Ray Lopez, the 15th Ward Alderman of Chicago and a candidate for the 4th Congressional District, is extending an invitation to supporters and concerned citizens to join first responders at a campaign fundraiser. The event, which is scheduled for Monday, Dec. 18, from 3 to 5 p.m., at the iconic Billy Goat Tavern & Grill located at 1535 W. Madison Street, is intended to demonstrate support for Lopez's efforts to advocate for the needs of those on the front lines.

“2020 showed our country how vital our first responders were, are, and continue to be. My support for our dedicated first responders is unwavering. I am committed to being their advocate in the US Congress, but I can’t get there without your support,” Lopez said on Facebook.

“Join us on Monday, December 18, at the Billy Goat Tavern at 1535 W. Madison St. for a fundraiser in support of my campaign for the US Congress. Donate by clicking on the link below.”
