From Andrea: “If there is a majority of a quorum present and City/Commission business is being discussed, the meeting needs to be noticed. The Historic Commission has 7 members, a quorum is 4, a majority of a quorum is 3. Therefore, if 3 or more people in the commission are discussing City/Commission business, it would need to be noticed. However, a group of 2 would not require to be noticed. This applies to emails as well.”

B. Wheaton Register of Historical Places

i. Status update: application and support documentation on website.

ii. Self-guided Walking Tour residential homes listed on Wheaton Register of Historic Places Map
