On Thursday, November 30, former Moline High School standout, Grant Welch’s current college team, the UIC Flames, lost 64-69 in their NCAA D1 game against the Illinois State Redbirds.

The game took place in Chicago, Illinois. This was the first matchup against the Illinois State Redbirds this season.

The UIC Flames’ next game is scheduled for Friday, December 8 at 6 p.m. in Jacksonville, Alabama.
