1. Action Item: Adopt new holiday Resolution for 2025. Removing Lincoln’s Birthday and adding Spring Renewal Day (The Friday before Easter) and a half day before Thanksgiving Day as has been granted in the past. (ROLL CALL)

2. Action Item: Set September 7th as the Community Clean-up date. (Voice Vote)

3. Action Item: Purchase chair rack to hold approx. 50 chairs for Village Auditorium not to exceed $100. (ROLL CALL)

4. Action Item: Purchase 4’ x 18” metal storage rack not to exceed $50. (ROLL CALL)

5. Recommendation to add $1500 for Senior Socials in the 24-25 budget. (Voice Vote)

6. Recommendation to add $25,000 for tuckpointing and $2000 for purchase of 60 chairs to the 24-25 budget. (Voice Vote)

1. Discuss/Possible Action: Salary increase for Mayor/President commencing May 2025 to $900/mo. or $10,800 per annum. (ROLL CALL)

2. Discuss/Possible Action: Salary decrease for Elected Clerk-Collector from $40,000/year to $37,080 commencing May 2025. A 3% increase per year ending in May 2029 at a rate of $40,518. The reduction results from eliminating the Collector position & salary. (ROLL CALL)

C. The 2016 Ford Explorer needs to have the water pump replaced. Sgt Ford recommends taking it to Morrow Brother Ford at a cost of $1,386.16. (ROLL CALL

D. Discuss/Possible Action: Appointed office of the Village Clerk Ordinance. (ROLL CALL)

E. Discuss/Possible Action: To send up to 2 people to the IRWA Administrative Conference in Effingham, IL on July 11th - 12th. The cost is up to $700 for registration, hotel, & meals. (ROLL CALL)
