The Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT) announced updated traffic impacts related to ongoing repair projects on North and South DuSable Lake Shore Drive.
From Monday, June 17 to Friday, June 21, southbound lane closures will be in effect between Lawrence Avenue and Hollywood Avenue. Between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. each day, three southbound lanes will be closed to traffic. On Monday, June 17 and Wednesday, June 19, the Lawrence Avenue and Foster Avenue ramps will be closed until 4:00 p.m.
From Monday, June 17 to Wednesday, June 19, lane closures will be in effect for pavement work on the bridge over 18th Street on South DuSable Lake Shore Drive.
On June 17, three southbound lanes will be closed to traffic from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. On June 18, three northbound lanes will be closed to traffic from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. On June 19, there will be moving closures in both directions as crews conduct pavement markings behind a moving closure between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
