At its meeting on June 16, 2025, the Board decided to submit proposed amendments to its Rules and Regulations to the City Council. These amendments were officially submitted on June 18. The public had an opportunity to comment on a previous version of these amendments from May 13 to June 16, following the Board's approval at its May 12 meeting. Comments received during this period were incorporated into the draft submitted.
According to §2-156-380(h) of the City's Municipal Code, these amendments will take effect in 45 City business days, specifically on August 22, 2025, unless they are disapproved by a majority vote of the City Council.
