Former Whitney M. Young Magnet High School player and current Lewis Flyers catcher and outfielder, Evie Calderon, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number four seed against the fifth seeded Saginaw Valley State Cardinals.

The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
