Chicago's City Council has approved an ordinance to allocate $2.9 million in Multi-Family Housing Loan funds for the construction of Legends South A3, a new development in the Bronzeville neighborhood. In addition, $10 million in Tax Increment Financing (TIF) has been sanctioned for the project.

The development, led by Brinshore Michaels, will consist of two buildings: one three-story and one four-story structure. The project will include 10 market-rate units and 42 units designated as affordable housing for households earning no more than 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
