1. To consider Variances to: Section 82-10(c)(1) of the Village’s Code of Ordinances, regarding the maximum number of allowable Accessory Structures, to allow for a third accessory structure (a hot tub), which would be an increase of one over the maximum allowed number of two Accessory Structures; and Section 82-10(c)(2) of the Village’s Code of Ordinances, regarding the total maximum square footage allowable for Accessory Structures, to allow for an additional 264 square feet of Accessory Structures over the maximum allowed square footage of 600 square feet, for the property commonly known as 1198 Ingram Road, Rockford, IL and with PIN 12-25-352-036. 2. To consider a Text Amendment to Section 82-3 (Definitions) of the Village’s Code of Ordinances to provide definitions for Cryptocurrency Mine, Cryptocurrency Mining, Data Mining, Data Center (Server Farm) and High Density Load; a Text Amendment to Section 82-281(d) regarding Special Uses in the Industrial (IL) Zoning District to allow for Cryptocurrency Mine or Data Center as a Planned Community Development; and a Text Amendment to Section 82-281(f) regarding Building Height in the Industrial (IL) Zoning District. To consider: the annexation/annexation agreement; a zoning map amendment from the Agricultural (AG) zoning district to the Industrial (IL) zoning district; and a Special Use Permit pursuant to Section 82-281(d) of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois, regarding a Special Use for a Data Center with an allowed building height up to 100 feet in the Industrial (IL) zoning District, for the properties with PINs: 07-06-200-010; 07-06-300-001; 07-06-300-002; 07-06-300-004; and 07-06-400-001.
