1. Extra Work Order on I-21-4738 to Lorig Construction Company for Railroad Track Relocation; Retaining Wall Construction; Earthwork Excavation on the Elgin O’Hare Western Access Tollway (I-490) South of Grand Avenue to Irving Park Road (IL 19); Tri-State Tollway (I-294) to Franklin Avenue; Mile Post 5.6 (Touhy Avenue IL 72) to Mile Post 5.75 (Old Higgins Road)in the amount of $3,800,000.00, increasing the upper limit of compensation from $124,364,114.95 to $128,164,114.95.
2. Change Order / Extra Work Order on I-22-4867 to Walsh Construction Company II, LLC for Substructure Removal Southbound Mile Long Bridge on the Tri-State Tollway (I-294) between Mile Post 21.1 and Mile Post 21.3 in the amount of $1,150,000.00, increasing the upper limit of compensation from $2,219,712.12 to $3,369,712.12.
3. Acceptance of Proposal from R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. on Contract I-24-4759 for Construction Management Services on the Elgin O’Hare Western Access (I-490) along Irving Park Road (IL 19) between York Road and Taft Avenue in an amount not to exceed $4,772,667.52.
4. Acceptance of Proposal from Cotter Consulting, Inc. on Contract RR-24-9296 for Construction Management Services Upon Request Systemwide in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00.
5. Acceptance of Proposal from H.W. Lochner, Inc. on Contract I-24-4960 for Planning Studies Upon Request Systemwide in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00.
