Mike Quigley, currently serving as a U.S. Congressman representing Illinois' 5th district since 2009, has been vocal on various political issues through his social media platform. The following are recent statements made by Quigley.

On October 29, 2024, Quigley expressed his support for Ukraine in its ongoing conflict with Russia. He stated that "Ukraine is not intimidated by Putin’s tyranny, and in the defense of liberty, we should not be either. With our continued support, democracy will prevail."

In another post dated October 30, 2024, he addressed reproductive rights across the United States. He argued that "Your reproductive rights shouldn't vary based on where you live. We must protect women at the federal level so that their access to life-saving care is secured across state lines."

Later on October 30, 2024, Quigley commented on the state of the American economy and the importance of a robust middle class. He remarked that "America’s economy is only strong when the middle class is strong. That’s why Democrats are fighting to create jobs and raise wages for hardworking Americans."
