2. Motion to approve Ordinance 2024-12-9, an Ordinance approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village of Rosemont, Rosemont Elementary School District 78, and the Rosemont Park District.

3. Motion to approve a Design Build Project Agreement with Chicago Scenic Studios for the development, design, and build-out of the Rosemont Village Hall museum/exhibit space.

4. Motion to approve a contract with Omega III, LLC. for the demolition of the office building and parking structure at 9501 W. Devon, Rosemont, IL in the amount of $1,312,200.00.

5. Motion to approve Ordinance 2024-12-9A, an Ordinance amending Chapters 2 and 4 of Title 11 of the Village Code to adopt certain model Building Codes by reference.

1. Motion to approve the purchase of a 2025 F250 pick-up truck from Sutton Ford Commercial Truck Center through the Suburban Purchasing Cooperative in the amount of $60,007.00.
