The Hounds coaching staff has confirmed the return of 24 players from their 2024 squad as they prepare for their third year in the league. Among these returning players, 23 had previously earned Chicago caps last season.
During the 2024 season, a total of 37 players were capped by the Hounds, comprising 21 forwards and 16 backs. Of these, 14 forwards and nine backs will be returning to the team.
Michael Hand II, who was loaned to the Miami Sharks midway through last season, is also part of the roster. Despite not having received a cap with the Hounds yet, Hand II signed a contract extension earlier this offseason. The 6'4", 240-pound player is expected to join the outside backs rotation when the new season begins.
