Boyd Memorial Hospital has appointed Becky Hoaglin, MSN, RN, as the new Program Director for its Senior Life Solutions program. Hoaglin, originally from Carrollton, brings a wealth of experience in nursing and healthcare leadership to the program. This initiative offers outpatient group therapy aimed at assisting older adults dealing with depression, anxiety, or other age-related challenges.
In her role as Program Director, Hoaglin will manage the daily operations of Senior Life Solutions. Her responsibilities include ensuring high-quality patient care and enhancing community education efforts to increase awareness of the program's services.
Hoaglin completed her high school education at Carrollton High School in 2002. She then earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MacMurray College in 2006 and a Master of Science in Nursing from Benedictine University in 2015. Her professional background includes positions at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital, Carrollton CUSD#1, and the Greene County Health Department.
“I am excited to join the Senior Life Solutions team at Boyd and to serve our community as we provide this valuable service to partner with our patients to improve their quality of life,” said Hoaglin.
Senior Life Solutions is recognized for delivering behavioral healthcare services tailored for rural and underserved communities. The program at Boyd Memorial Hospital provides intensive outpatient therapy and resources specifically for individuals aged 65 and older facing mental health issues.
