These posts emphasize her recognition of leaders who have contributed significantly to their communities and society at large.

On February 1, 2025, Congresswoman Ramirez commemorated José "Cha Cha" Jiménez and the original leaders of the Rainbow Coalition by acknowledging their indispensable work. She stated, "We're stronger together. In memory of José 'Cha Cha' Jiménez’s passing, I commended him and the original leaders of the Rainbow Coalition on the House Floor for their indispensable work to remind us that un Chicago unido jamás será vencido."

On February 2, 2025, she expressed her admiration for Rich Khong's dedication to public service in Illinois' 3rd district (#IL03).
