Congresswoman Delia C. Ramirez, representing Illinois' 3rd district since 2023, has recently voiced her concerns on social media regarding Elon Musk's alleged actions involving the U.S. government and cybersecurity threats. In a series of tweets, she outlined her stance and called for accountability from relevant authorities.

On February 4, 2025, Congresswoman Ramirez tweeted: "Elon Musk is trying to stage a government takeover. We won't let that happen. I am at the Treasury with my colleagues to get answers and demand an end to illegal attempts to gain access to your information. We stand with you." This tweet indicates her presence at the Treasury Department alongside colleagues in pursuit of clarity on the situation.

The following day, February 5, 2025, she expressed further concerns by stating: "Musk is a threat to our homeland security, and it is time @HomelandGOP takes it seriously." Here, she emphasized the perceived risk posed by Musk and urged action from Homeland Security officials.

Later that same day, Congresswoman Ramirez expanded on her allegations in another tweet: "Musk - an unelected billionaire - bullied his way into Treasury, set up private servers, and stole sensitive information from an agency. It's laughable to talk about cybersecurity while Musk is an active threat to our homeland security. @HomelandGOP must take Musk's data…" This statement highlighted accusations of unauthorized access and data theft involving governmental agencies.
