Congresswoman Delia C. Ramirez, representing Illinois' 3rd district since 2023, shared her thoughts on social media addressing various pressing issues. The congresswoman replaced Marie Newman in the U.S. Congress and has a background in serving the Illinois House of Representatives from 2018 to 2022.

In a post dated March 5, 2025, Congresswoman Ramirez emphasized the impact of words and the tragic consequences they can have on individuals. She highlighted the case of Jocelynn Rojo Carranza, who died by suicide after being bullied over her family's immigration status. "Words matter. All our children are precious, including Jocelynn Rojo Carranza, who died by suicide after she was bullied about her family’s immigration status. Scapegoating immigrants has deadly consequences."

On the same day, she expressed concerns about national security threats posed by prominent figures in technology sectors. In particular, she identified Elon Musk as a significant concern for national safety: "Right now, Elon Musk is the greatest threat to our national security."

Further addressing political priorities on March 5, 2025, Congresswoman Ramirez criticized former President Donald Trump's approach to trade policies: "Trump is more focused on winning a trade war for his political benefit than putting working people first."
