Congresswoman Delia C. Ramirez, currently representing Illinois’ 3rd district in the U.S. Congress, has taken to social media to express her views on recent political actions and policies. Her tweets highlight her stance on various issues affecting law enforcement, children's healthcare, and diversity initiatives.

In a tweet posted on March 5, 2025, Congresswoman Ramirez criticized the pardoning of individuals involved in the January 6th insurrection. She stated: "It’s hard to believe you care about protecting law enforcement when you pardoned dozens of January 6th insurrectionists who threatened Capitol Police."

On the same day, she addressed healthcare cuts affecting children across the nation. In her words: "But seriously, stop talking about caring for children when you are cutting healthcare for approximately 37.6 million children nationwide."

Further expressing her concerns regarding federal policies, Ramirez commented on attacks against diversity and inclusion efforts. She remarked: "Trump’s attacks on diversity, equity and inclusion cannot and will not stop diverse coalitions from organizing and uniting against his efforts to defund and privatize the federal government."
