Congresswoman Delia C. Ramirez, representing Illinois' 3rd district, has taken to social media to express her views on recent political developments. Her statements focus on issues related to democratic decision-making and the implications of legislative actions on various groups in society.

On March 14, 2025, Congresswoman Ramirez questioned the decisions of democratic senators in light of an authoritarian's affirmation. She stated, "If an authoritarian's affirmation doesn't make democratic senators question their choices..."

Later that day, she criticized a Republican Continuing Resolution, stating it was detrimental to working families, veterans, and seniors across the nation. In her tweet at 17:19 UTC, she asserted that Democrats in the House opposed this resolution and urged the Senate not to concede: "The Republican Continuing Resolution betrays working families, veterans, and our seniors nationwide. Dems in the House voted against it. The Senate cannot give in."

In another tweet posted at 19:21 UTC on the same day, Congresswoman Ramirez addressed Senate Democrats directly with a call to action against conceding to what she described as bullying tactics by Republicans. She wrote: ".@SenateDems, the more we give bullies, the more they forcibly take. Don’t concede. Vote NO on the Republican CR."
