On March 20, 2025, Quigley tweeted about his visit to The Eco Flamingo, a zero-waste store located in Lincoln Square. He expressed enjoyment from the visit and mentioned learning about their business model while trying hot chocolate at their new cafe. "I had such a great time visiting The Eco Flamingo, a zero-waste store in Lincoln Square. I learned more about their business model and tried some tasty hot chocolate in their new cafe!"

Later that day, Quigley addressed President Trump's executive order aimed at dismantling the Department of Education. He firmly opposed this decision by stating his commitment to blocking what he described as an irrational and dangerous move. "President Trump just issued an executive order to dismantle the Department of Education. Let me be clear: I will do everything in my power to block this irrational and dangerous decision."

In another tweet on the same day, Quigley criticized the Trump Administration's termination of a program that tracked Ukrainian children allegedly kidnapped by Russia. He announced his participation with colleagues in demanding explanations through a bipartisan letter, emphasizing the need for accountability concerning Russia's actions during its ongoing conflict with Ukraine. "The Trump Administration just abruptly ended a program tracking the tens of thousands of Ukrainian children that Russia has kidnapped.
