He emphasized the importance of supporting Ukrainian independence and criticized former President Trump's approach to Ukraine. Quigley stated, "I recently returned from a visit to Kyiv, Ukraine where I had the opportunity to meet with Ukrainian leadership and reaffirm my support for Ukrainian independence. Our allies abroad must know that not all Americans endorse President Trump's abandonment of Ukraine."

The following day, on March 20, 2025, Quigley shared another tweet about his interaction with students at McPherson Elementary School. He expressed enthusiasm about educating young minds on his role as a Congressman and mentioned giving a guitar lesson during his visit. He tweeted, "I had a great time dropping by McPherson Elementary School last week to share more about what I do as a Member of Congress - and even gave a little guitar lesson in the process!"

Later on March 20, 2025, Quigley addressed issues concerning federal workers in another tweet. He voiced opposition to DOGE policies that he described as being focused on "corruption and incompetence," rather than cost-cutting measures. Quigley expressed solidarity with federal employees who ensure public safety and welfare by stating: "DOGE is NOT about cost cutting. DOGE is about corruption and incompetence. I stand with federal workers who keep our food and water safe, our skies secure, and keep benefits flowing to seniors and veterans."
