On March 21, 2025, Mike Quigley expressed his support for federal workers represented by the National Treasury Employees Union. He stated, "I was proud to stand with the National Treasury Employees Union in support of the federal workers they represent. In another engagement on March 21, 2025, Quigley met with Alder Vasquez and members of the Greater Rockwell Organization. The focus was on affordable housing solutions in Chicago. He tweeted "It was great catching up with Alder Vasquez and members of the Greater Rockwell Organization. We talked about potential solutions to provide more affordable housing options to families in Chicago and the importance of accessible living."
