Congresswoman Delia C. Ramirez, currently representing Illinois’ 3rd district in the U.S. Congress, has recently shared her views on various topics through a series of tweets. Ramirez succeeded Marie Newman in 2023 and previously served in the Illinois House of Representatives from 2018 to 2022.

On March 21, Ramirez commented on former President Donald Trump's educational policies. She stated that "Trump does not want: - 7.5 million students to receive special education. - 10 million lower-income students to access higher education. - Over 20 million Black and Brown students to realize the promise of an education."

Later that day, she expressed condolences over the passing of a fellow public servant from Illinois, saying "Today, the Northwest side of Chicago and the whole state of Illinois lost a dedicated public servant, former State Representative Cynthia Soto. Her two decades of leadership on issues concerning working families, immigrants, and women have left a long-lasting impact on".

In another tweet dated March 22, Ramirez thanked participants for attending her town hall meeting and outlined her commitment to countering certain political agendas. She noted that "Thank you to the 200 people who joined us for our Portage Park/Dunning in-person town hall. I heard you loud and clear: we need bold, progressive leadership to obstruct and disrupt the Musk-Trump authoritarian agenda. I will use every tool at my disposal to fight for #IL03."
