Congresswoman Delia C. Ramirez, representing Illinois’ 3rd district since 2023, has maintained an active presence on social media, recently sharing a series of statements regarding visits to educational institutions and concerns about civil rights. Before joining the U.S. Congress, she served in the Illinois House of Representatives from 2018 to 2022.

"I am always happy to visit schools that serve the young civic engagers of #IL03. Thank you to the students at Glenbard North High School for welcoming me into your class! I will continue to show up for our students, and fight for their futures!" Ramirez tweeted on March 28, 2025, highlighting her visit to Glenbard North High School and expressing her commitment to supporting students' futures.

On the same day, Ramirez addressed concerns related to due process and legal rights. "Trump may be a wanna-be dictator, but he is still not above the law. He cannot deport people without due process. He can't abuse the power of centuries-old law. He can't ignore the orders of our courts. In the streets, in Congress, and in the courts, we will continue fighting,” she stated, indicating her firm stance on legal accountability.

Further, she expressed her demands for accountability from a government official. On March 28, 2025, she tweeted, "History repeats itself. Some of the worse parts of our past start with eroding peoples' civil rights and making them the enemy. I demand DHS Secretary Kristi Noem come before Homeland Security Committee and answer publicly for DHS' violations of due process and undermining of," calling for Secretary Kristi Noem to publicly address suspected violations of due process.
