The board has identified 13 lobbyists who failed to submit their first-quarter activity reports on time. While some individuals were not fined, others face ongoing financial penalties.

The following lobbyists were found in violation but have not been fined: Sabha Abour, Ronald Alcaraz, Anthony Chapekis, Andrew Hays, Richard Mell, Filip Vanslambrouck, Eric Wilberg, and Patrick Thomspon.

In contrast, several lobbyists are subject to a $250 per day fine until they comply with the reporting requirements. These individuals include Timothy King, Stacey Kodak, Michelle Morrison, Kathleen Stanczykiewicz, and Rahmaan Williams.

This decision underscores the importance of timely submissions for maintaining transparency in lobbying activities.
