The following day, on May 15, another tweet from the office paid tribute to fallen officers during the St. Jude Memorial March. The tweet stated: "Paying homage to the brave and dedicated officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. It was a significant day as we walked shoulder to shoulder in the St. Jude Memorial March. An honor, a reminder, a privilege." This event serves as an annual remembrance for those who have died while serving in law enforcement.

Later that day, another message emphasized their participation in Peace Officers Memorial Day activities alongside various agencies. The post declared: "On this #PeaceOfficersMemorialDay, we join forces with local, state, and federal agencies to honor our brave peace officers who gave their all in the line of duty.
