The Cook County Sheriff's Office recently shared updates on their Twitter account regarding various activities and initiatives. The tweets, posted on June 4, 2025, provide information about pet adoption, a recent arrest by the Organized Crime Division, and the promotion of their Stolen Vehicle Recovery Program.

In one tweet, the Cook County Sheriff's Office encourages individuals to consider adopting a pet by introducing Bolt. They describe him as a "cuddly four-legged companion" from their "Tails of Redemption" program who is seeking a forever home. They invite interested parties to reach out for more information.

Another tweet details an arrest made by the Sheriff’s Police Organized Crime Division. On June 4, 2025, investigators arrested Tarrance Graham during a traffic stop near the 300 block of West Lincoln Highway in Chicago Heights. Graham was found with a handgun equipped with a laser and loaded with twelve live rounds. More details can be found here.

The Sheriff's Office also promotes its Stolen Vehicle Recovery Program in another post. They assert that stolen vehicles have little chance against this initiative and encourage people to sign up for added protection through GPS recovery services. Additional information is available here.
