The clinics offering these services include Greenfield Rural Health Clinic and Carrollton Rural Health Clinic, both available throughout the week. Greene County Rural Health Clinic will offer physicals on Wednesday only with Dr. James Uhles, though availability is limited. Roodhouse Rural Health Clinic will provide services on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons with Amber.
Appointments are necessary for these physicals. Interested individuals should contact Centralized Scheduling at (217) 942-6569 to book a slot.
For those unable to attend during this specific week, Boyd Healthcare offers the option to schedule school and sports physicals at any time, which can be billed through insurance.
