VA-25-0022

Thomas Budzik, acting on behalf of Richard Little and Vanessa Walton, has petitioned the Cook County Zoning Board of Appeals for a variance to the zoning requirements of the R-4 Single Family Residence District. The request seeks to reduce the corner side yard setback from the minimum required 25 feet to 15 feet to construct a new single-family residence on sewer service.
