The Chicago Hounds have announced Ollie Devoto as the recipient of the team's 2025 Back of the Year Award. This announcement is part of the team's End-of-Season awards.
Devoto, a center, joined the Hounds this past offseason after an eight-year stint with the Exeter Chiefs in the English Premiership. He quickly integrated into the team, participating in both preseason games and making his official debut in a Week One victory over the Houston Sabercats, marking him as Chicago Hound #64.
Throughout the season, Devoto made 16 appearances, all as a starter, accumulating 1,228 minutes on the field. His performance included scoring three tries, beating 52 defenders, and making eight clean line breaks. Devoto carried the ball 196 times and completed 154 tackles on defense, including a team-high of 16 dominant tackles.
