In a post from July 22, the office described the daily efforts of its SHARP team: "The Sheriff's Housing Assistance Resource Program (SHARP) team goes out daily to support unhoused individuals throughout Cook County - distributing food, pet care, clean clothes, hygiene products, and hope.
