1. To consider a Variance to: Section 82-10(c)(7) of the Village’s Code of Ordinances, regarding the total maximum height allowable for Accessory Structures, to allow for an additional 7 feet of Accessory Structures over the maximum allowed of 15 feet, for the property commonly known as 713 Clayton, Cherry Valley, IL 61016 and with PIN 16-01-403-005. Filed by Thomas and Jacqueline Young.
2. To consider a Text Amendment to various provisions of Chapter 82 (Zoning) of the Village’s Code of Ordinances to allow for the retail sale of firearms/ammunition as a special use in the Commercial Community (CC) zoning. Filed by the Village of Cherry Valley.
