Chicago Fire FC has obtained a 2025 international roster slot from St. Louis CITY SC. In return, Chicago Fire sent $150,000 in General Allocation Money for the 2025 season to St. Louis.

The transaction allows Chicago Fire FC to add an additional international player to its roster for the 2025 Major League Soccer season, providing more flexibility as the club builds its squad.
