Chicago Fire FC has announced the acquisition of Serbian defender Viktor Radojević from FK TSC, a club in the Serbian SuperLiga. The transfer was completed ahead of Major League Soccer’s Secondary Transfer Window deadline. Radojević will join the team as a U22 initiative signing and fill an international roster spot. His contract extends through the 2028 season, with an option for 2029.

“Viktor is a young player with a high ceiling who plays with a maturity that comes from experience,” said Chicago Fire FC Director of Football and Head Coach Gregg Berhalter. “He has demonstrated consistency as he progressed through one of the best academies in Serbia and the youth national teams. His relentlessness and stability on the backline will benefit the team as we finish the season strong and build for the future.”

Radojević, aged 21, played for TSC during the 2024 and 2025 seasons, making 21 appearances. He developed through Red Star Belgrade’s academy system, starting at U-15 level and advancing to make his first-team debut on February 10, 2024, in a win against Vozdovac. His experience includes matches in Serbia’s top division, as well as participation in domestic cup competitions and championship rounds.

Internationally, Radojević has been active within Serbia’s youth national teams, earning caps at every age group from U-15 to U-21. With the U-21 side, he played full matches in three friendlies and participated in UEFA U-21 Championship qualifying.

The club confirmed: “Transaction: Chicago Fire FC acquires defender Viktor Radojević from FK TSC via transfer.”

Radojević was born on July 14, 2004, in Mladenovac, Serbia.
