The Village of Rosemont is seeking the approval of a Plat of Resubdivision for PIN 12-09- 217-003-0000 and a portion of the Berwyn Right-of-Way which is to be vacated by the Village, all as shown on the Plat of Resubdivision submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals. The property that is the subject of these requests is located on the northeast corner of Berwyn Ave. and Pearl St., Rosemont, IL. (9902 Berwyn, Rosemont, IL.),

The Application of the Rosemont Park District for the approval of a Plat of Subdivision for PINs 12-04-105-024 and 12-04-105-018 to identify the property to be transferred/owned by the Rosemont Elementary School District 78 and the property to be transferred/owned by the Village of Rosemont. The property that is the subject of this request is generally located South of Granville St;; East of Kirchhoff; North of Graft St. and single family homes; and west of Scott St.
