B. Ordinance amending the zoning classification and approving a Map Amendment from R3 to R4 at 642 S Martin Luther King Junior Avenue (Zoning Calendar #2796). [This matter was presented to the Community Development Committee on October 6, 2025.]

C. Ordinance approving a Conditional Use Permit for a Multi-Unit Dwelling at 642 S Martin Luther King Junior Avenue (Zoning Calendar #2797). [This matter was presented to the Community Development Committee on October 6, 2025.]

A. Motion to authorize the Finance Department to execute a professional services agreement with MGT Impact Solutions for the purpose of continuing professional services for an amount not to exceed $82,000.00 and for a time period not to extend beyond May 29, 2026.
