The city of Chicago Committee on the Budget and Government Operations met Tuesday to propose ordinance concerning the establishment of a pilot program to increase economic growth in certain retail conidor zones.

2. A communication recommending a proposed amendment to Chapter 2-92 of the

Municipal Code of Chicago authorizing the Chief Procurement Offîcer to

determine contract award limitations.

3. A communication recommending proposed amendments to Chapters l-23 and2-

92 of the Municipal Code of Chicago concerning ineligibility to do business with

the City of Chicago.

4. A communication recommending a proposed amendment to Chapter 2-92 of the

Municipal Code of Chicago concerning emergency procurements.

5. A communication recommending a proposed amendment to Section 9-100-060

of the Municipal Code of Chicago relating to compliance violations involving

display of registration plates.
