Brother Rice's Smalling has one touchdown catch in Illinois Fighting Illini football loss

Brother Rice graduate Ricky Smalling had 111 receiving yards, one touchdown catch and five receptions in Illinois Fighting Illini football's 35-24 loss Oct. 14 to the Rutgers Scarlet Knights at Memorial.

Smalling is a 6-1, 195 pound freshman wide receiver from Chicago.
