Ladies and Gentlemen:
At the direction of Commissioner Frank Avila, Chairman of the Committee on Engineering, a Study Session will be held on Thursday, April 5, 2018, immediately following the previously scheduled board meeting, in the Board Room, 100 East Erie Street, Chicago, Illinois.
The purpose of the Study Session is to discuss risk management for the use of organic collections and biogas at the District.
