Graduates earn 29 degrees from MacCormac College

About 82.8 percent of the 29 degrees and certificates handed out by the MacCormac College in 2016-17 were to students in Legal Professions and Studies programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Chicago conferred 24 associate's degrees in Legal Professions and Studies programs.

But the single most popular program was for a associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal. Data shows the school gave out 23 associate's degrees in Legal Assistant/Paralegal, followed by 3 associate's degrees in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration and 2 associate's degrees in Business Administration and Management, General.

The college enrolled 218 students for 2016-17, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
