Graduates earn 34 degrees from McCormick Theological Seminary

About 41.2 percent of the 34 degrees and certificates handed out by the McCormick Theological Seminary in 2016-17 were to students in Pastoral Studies/Counseling, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Chicago conferred 14 doctor's degrees in Pastoral Studies/Counseling.

Other popular programs include Divinity/Ministry, Theological and Ministerial Studies, Other and Theology/Theological Studies.

The seminary enrolled 200 students for 2016-17, all of whom were enrolled in 200 programs.
